Terms & Conditions - Regional Awards

Applications will only be accepted online via the official Awards website
www.ecommerce-awards.co.uk

Entries must be in English and received by 5.00pm Friday July 29th 2005.

The Awards are open to Commercial, Not-for-Profit or Charitable organisations which employ fewer than 250 people, are based in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland) or the Isle of Man, and have been trading for at least one year (trading prior to 31st July 2004).

The Awards organisers, their partners, sponsors, suppliers to the Awards, and any wholly owned subsidiaries of the above are excluded from entering.

Applicants must be authorised to enter their organisation into the Awards programme.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide the relevant information for their entry, which will become the property of InterForum and will not be returned.

The organisers reserve the right to audit any or all information supplied by an entrant and each entrant agrees to assist the organisers in any such audit in every way possible.

For any applicant knowingly providing false information on their application the organisers reserve the right to withdraw any award to that organisation, to publicise the withdrawal and present the award to another applicant.

Winning entries will be publicised. Applicants are responsible for making appropriate arrangements to protect any intellectual property associated with their application.

Entry does not grant an organisation rights to use Awards name, logo or images without the express written approval of InterForum. Some winners may be granted permission to use an Awards logo for a limited period to promote their achievement. The Awards name, logo, and images are copyright 1999-2005, InterForum.

The judges reserve the right to alter judging regions,and awardcategories in the light of the entries received. They reserve the right to cancel a region or awards category where a regional or national sponsor has not committed to the programme, has not contributed funds, or withdraws from the awards programme.

The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Guidance on entry criteria and tips on the things that the judges are looking for are available of the Awards website.
