Please note the following about any information that is provided as part of an entry for the Awards:

Access to entry details will be limited to the organisers and judges until judging has been carried out. However, those partners involved in promoting the Awards will have access to the registration details of those organisations that have entered the Awards. This is to allow them to check whether or not organisations which they expect to enter the Awards have done so;

Case studies of the winners of the Awards may be published. This is done to promote your success and in order to encourage other organisations to take similar steps in adopting new technologies - the principal objective of the awards;

Details of the name and location of organisations will not be passed on to any third parties. However, DTI and/or InterForummay send to entrants details of activities thought to be of interest.
At any time you can request to view the information you have provided to the organisers and request that we delete this information permanently from our system.
